Biography

Ding Shikai, graduated from Chongqing Medical University with a bachelor's degree in clinical medicine in 1986, was awarded the national title of attending physician in plastic surgery in 1996. In 2015, in response to the national call, he founded the plastic surgery institution “Qiaotian”. In 2010, he went to the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, USA, for further training in nasal revision surgery. Subsequently, he visited and studied at multiple institutions, including Dallas and New York in the United States, as well as BIO Hospital, Keanmei Plastic Surgery, April 31 Plastic Surgery Hospital, Modern Medical Aesthetics Hospital, and Xinmeiyan (Jung Dong-hak) Nasal Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Hospital in South Korea.

He has authored multiple papers, including “A Modified Surgical Method for Prominent Zygoma and Zygomatic Arch,” “Endoscopic Facial Rhytidectomy,” and “Application of Electrosurgical Cutting Technique in Endoscopic Rhytidectomy.” Among them, “A Modified Surgical Method for Prominent Zygoma and Zygomatic Arch” won the “First Prize” in the selection for the “2004 National Surgical Academic Exchange and Outstanding Papers Conference.”
